The session topics were, Failure to Success, 5 Steps to Success and forming daily routines. Dr Alfeen Varghese led the students to investigate their individual strengths and characteristics in order to identify their personality types and characteristics.

The students were then able to look at a range of career paths and see where their skills and profiles matched and how to further develop their teach ability and skills. Geoff O’Neill, a Performance Life Coach talked to the students about developing daily habits in order to improve brain function to support learning and goal setting.

Healthy eating, exercise, leisure and rest were all topics up for discussion about how making small changes in our daily life can become great life habits for success and that failing at times is not fatal or final.
