On Tuesday May 17th, 40 students from Wodonga Middle Years College, Wodonga Senior Secondary College and Catholic College participated in a cookout activity held at the old Leneva school site.
The day was made possible thanks to funding received by the Bandiana Neighbourhood House.
Students broke into 5 groups and made 2 main meals (Burgers and Pizza) and then made 5 yummy desserts (French toast, cheesecake, Golden syrup dumplings, Orange muffins and chocco bananas).
It was a great day had by all.
A big thanks to the Bandiana Neighbourhood House as well as the Army who provided two personnel to help with the cooking as well as bringing along a lot of the cooking gear used on the day.
