For the past 2 years, Wodonga Middle Years College has participated in an “Activity Program” every Thursday afternoon during period 4. We believe that this program has helped strengthen positive relationships within the school and the broader community as well as allowed students to engage in their interest areas by either follow a passion or even developing a new one.
In Term 1, we will be trialling a separate Year 7 activity program from week 2 to help our new Year 7’s settle into the school and build relationships with their peers and teachers. Each CARE class will rotate through a different activity each week either on or off the campus.
All activities will be free of charge Term 1 and students MUST have permission to leave the campus which can be made through the School Portal app before commencing activities in week 2.
Please Note: We will not be sending printed permission notes home. If you are unable to utilise the School Portal app, please contact WMYC for further assistance.
