We are committed to providing clear, accurate and meaningful information about your child’s learning and progress. I am writing to inform you of an issue identified with the Semester 1 reports recently shared via the Portal.
Semester 1 reports were made available on the final day of Term 2. Unfortunately, an error in data calculation resulted in an incorrect Victorian Curriculum five-point teacher judgement scale being displayed, although the accompanying graphs remained accurate.
As a result, reports were withdrawn the following day and reissued on Monday. During this time, we also reviewed all 2025 reports to ensure their accuracy.
We sincerely apologise for this error and for any confusion or concern it may have caused. We are currently reviewing our processes to prevent this from occurring again.
