A Leadership development Day provides an opportunity for our students to explore and identify their individual strengths and personality type.
Through various challenges and activities, students developed teamwork, communication and goal setting skills outside of the formal classroom.
This also provides a vehicle for cross campus collaboration and building confidence for an effective student voice going forward.
