This afternoon Ms Sherlock’s Year 8 & 9 Baking & Decorating Elective class, showcased their learning with a sit down High Tea spread. During this term the students have been introduced to the techniques of chocolate sculpture, piping and ganache as well as baking skills covering a range of sweet and savoury foods. Ribbon sandwiches and a range of Petits fours (small Bites) as well as scones with jam and cream was the perfect way to show off their creativity and skills at a beautifully decorated long table.
The Hospitality Industry can look forward to some budding chefs.
