Dear Parent/Carers,
Albury Wodonga Health are offering a COVID-19 Immunisation Program for students aged from 12 and up at school on Monday 15th November (Huon in the morning and Felltimber in the afternoon).
AWH are providing Pfizer Vaccine only as a first dose, due to the three week turn around for second dose to be administered to hasten maximal coverage. However if your child requires second dose Pfizer or Moderna they can provide this also, your child will just need to show evidence of first dose.

In addition to accessing this Outreach Clinic in the school, the Wodonga Vaccination Hub has extended hours of operation to encourage attendance by children with their parents/carers after work. The closing hours for Thursday is 8pm and Saturdays until 9am to 4pm, these are walk in appointments no pre booking is required. For ease of processing please complete the consent form and be able to produce a Medicare card and identification when attending. If students or parents/carers attending require a second dose we will require confirmation of their initial dose as well.
These are voluntary vaccinations and require parent consent. Please contact Albury Wodonga Health if you have any questions or concerns.
