Transition Process

Transitioning to a new school can be different for all children. Some may find it exciting; some may find it harder, some may not notice a great deal of difference. Sarah Kilner, Assistant Principal at Felltimber, provides information in this short video on how Wodonga Middle Years College supports children and families transitioning to the College.

Curriculum & Programs

At Wodonga Middle Years College, we focus on a dynamic relationship between teachers, students, parents/carers and learning. Steve Fouracre, Assistant Principal at Huon, shares how the College works to improve students academically.

Academic Advancement Program

The Academic Advancement Program is an accelerated learning program designed to support achievement for students with high educational aspirations. Our aim is to have all students who participate in the program to achieve their learning goals in a supportive yet challenging environment. Students that are highly motivated and have strong academic results are encouraged to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for the Academic Advancement Program.

Event Graphic

On Thursday 29th April, WMYC will be hosting an online information session and Q&A for the Academic Advancement Program. If you have a question you would like answered on the night, or if you want to find out more click here.

Campus Tours

Wodonga Middle Years College has age-appropriate teaching and learning facilities. The best way to see and experience these facilities is to participate in a personalised Campus tour. While touring the College, you will also be able to appreciate the supportive and aspirational culture of the Middle Years College. A tour is also an excellent opportunity to ask any questions that you may have about the College.

Campus Tours will be operating from 3.30pm on Thursday March 18th. So take this opportunity to explore our classrooms and specialist facilities to support your Middle Years Education.
